This week we tested StoryCubes made with the bookleteer API, as used in artist Simon Pope and programmer Gordon Joly’s StoryCube Cairn project. Simon & Gordon have been experimenting with a simple interface allowing people to embed web links (URLs) as QR Codes onto the cubes which can be read by devices like mobile phones. For the project they have been creating a series of walks and embedding maps and other media links as playful wayfinding tools.
